Cuso International
Mar 12 2010
Elizabeth Dunderdale attended our RV event in Vancouver recently and came by for a visit. She recalled her service on San Andreas a small Caribbean Island. She went with a group of Canadians. She remembered Jan Rodgers ( deceased) Michael Rasberg and others. CUSO was sending groups of people to try and effect community change.
Elizabeth went on to do her Masters in Social work at UBC and studied to be an ESL teacher later in life.
Her sister Margaret Dunderdale aslo served with CUSO.
Elizabeth continued to help CUSO for nearly ten years as a volunteer selector so she must have met many people from BC many years after she served.
Her service with CUSO did impact her life in many ways.
Thanks Elizabeth for dropping by and visiting me.
